Decathlon en el corazón de Madrid

Decathlon se traslada al corazón de Madrid, Abrirá una nueva y espectacular sucursal en la Calle Fuencarral 45 (Donde se encontraba el antiguo Mercado de Fuencarral).

La firma francesa Decathlon, llegó a un acuerdo para la adquisición de un local con más de 2.400 metros cuadrados en régimen de alquiler.

La transacción para que la compañía pueda abrir sus puertas  en el  local de la calle Fuencarral y muy cerca de la Gran Vía.

Se deba  gracias a el fondo ASG, vendiera el local que era dueña de la Calle Fuencarral 45 por un valor de cincuenta millones de euros a, AEW Europe a través del fondo City Retail Found.

ASG, con su socio operativo Talus Real Estate, han reconvertido el espacio para que éste, pueda ser alquilado a una única marca, como es el caso de Decathlon.

Este edificio fue durante 17 años el Mercado de Fuencarral  siendo un referente en el Barrio de Malasaña, que cerró sus puertas en julio del 2015.

Brian Betel Director y socio de ASG Iberia Advisors, Informa que invirtieron en  este activo  muy particular al tratarse de una gran superficie en el centro de Madrid y que es muy escaso en la zona, Se puede añadir valor, gracias a su renovación, posicionamiento y buscando un inquilino de primer nivel a largo plazo como es Decathlon.

Para poder realizar esta venta, ASG fue asesorada por CBRE, ASG Iberia Advisors y Uria Menéndez.

La Multinacional Francesa Decathlon impulsó su crecimiento gracias a 12 nuevos puntos de venta  en toda España  ademas de crear tiendas urbanas como Decathlon City que pretenden acercar el deporte a los centros de las ciudades.

En 2015 la entidad de España cerro sus ventas con 1.577 Millones, en 2016 gracias a Decathlon City y los nuevos locales, cerró sus ventas en 1.639 Millones (Un incremento de  3,94%).

Ahora con el nuevo local, logra unir una gran superficie de 2.400 Metros cuadrados destinada al deporte y llevarlo hasta el  Barrio de Malasaña en el centro de la ciudad de Madrid.
